5:00- 5:45p Conference kick off with Inspirational Speaker

5:45 - 6:45p Welcome Reception - Welcome remarks by Head of School Stewart Miller and mix and mingle with fellow parents

6:45-8:00p Dinner Buffet

Saturday, March 4th

6:30 – 7:45a Breakfast Buffet (included in registration fee and requires ticket, given at check-in)

10:00a - 2:30p Student activities on Riverview Campus (Riverview will ONLY transport students back to the hotel at 2:30p)

8:00a – 2:30p - Conference (Please see detailed schedule for information on breakout sessions)

2:30p Conference Conclusion - Campus closed for Spring Break

 

 

Transition Weekend 

Friday, March 3rd - Saturday, March 4th

We are excited to invite you to participate in Riverview School's Transition Weekend Conference. This event will be held at The DoubleTree in Hyannis on Friday, March 3rd through Saturday, March 4th. We are thrilled to host this event in person again and look forward to providing our Riverview families with valuable information, resources and connections on important topics including, Vocational, College Programming, Housing, SSI, Legal and Alumni Parent Perspectives.

Please be sure to carefully fill out the entire registration form. Programming will be provided for students on campus whose parents are attending Transition Weekend. We strongly encourage families to keep their students on campus until the conclusion of the conference (including Friday night). This will allow uninterrupted opportunities for parents to fully focus on the conference.


Students will be transported to the DoubleTree at the conclusion of the conference. Please note dorms will be closing at 10:00am Please make plans to have your students belongings packed and ready ahead of Saturday. Please note that if you opt to take your student with you on Friday night to the hotel they must stay at the hotel with you for the duration of the conference and will not be provided with programming or transportation.
